Director of Development	Full Time
Community blood center seeks dynamic professional for leader-ship in development of philanthro-pic support. Plan, implement, and administer fundraising programs to generate support from indivi-duals, corporations, foundations, special events and projects for capital campaign and on-going development. Plan and coordin-ate marketing, development and public relations to ensure financial goals are met. Bachelors and 5 years progressively responsible experience.
Staff Nurse (RN)	Full Time
Determines donor eligibility according to Standard Operating Procedures and performs phlebotomies on acceptable donors. Performs duties at the donor center or on bloodmobile, as required.
Component Manufacturing Technician	Part Time
Modifies donated units of whole blood to prepare products for hospitals. Responsible for following detailed procedures to produce components for transfusion using centrifuges and other laboratory equipment. Label blood components, keep detailed computerized records, perform quality control testing, monitor equipment function, store and distribute blood products according to blood bank and hospital needs. Requires attention to detail and ability to work as team member. Monday – Thursday; occasional Sundays. 20 – 30 hours/week. Start at $12.33 w/full benefits.
